Payment

Full payment must be processed at time of order. This includes all customized product.

Stock Items shipping time

If ordered before 11 am CST, Stock items will usually ship the same day.

In the unlikely event the item is backordered, we will notify the customer immediately. The customer has the right to cancel the shipment and receive a refund or accept the expected delay.

Stock Items Return Policy

Unopened or defective items can be returned for a refund as follows:

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the order date. Shipping cost to and from Pokerstock.com is at customer's expense. Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Contact Pokerstock.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any return product. We will not accept any return shipment without the proper RMA #. Such shipments will be refused by our shipping department.

Defective items: Pokerstock.com stands behind the quality of our products. If the item is found to have manufacturer's defects, we will replace the product, or refund the full purchase price. The customer may choose the refund or replace option.

Custom Products Definition

Any item in the pokerstock.com catalog that is printed or otherwise modified to the customers specification. This includes such items as custom pokerchips, custom poker tables, and gaming cloth.

Copyright Protection

Pokerstock.com makes every effort to protect trademarked and copyrighted work. This means that we cannot print your favorite school's mascot, or any other trademark or copyright protected work without written consent from the copyright holder. While we make every effort, it is not possible for us to identify any and every copyrighted work. By submitting artwork to Pokerstock.com you are stating that you have authorization to print the submitted material.

With a few exceptions, Pokerstock.com will retain the copyright for all custom designs created by our artists. Exceptions include company logos, and designs that include trademark or copyrighted items. We will not recreate any customer's exact design without consent from the customer.

Custom Items Return Policy

Customized product may not be returned. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If any defective workmanship or printing is found, Pokerstock.com will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to the customer.

Express shipping:

Pokerstock.com does offer express shipping on all items.

Express shipping reduces the time between our shipping dock and your door. It will not improve the production time for custom orders. See rush order policy for your item for more information. The customer accepts the risk of possible shipping delays caused by the shipping provider.
